Access to the SAALBACH press center and the functions and content accessible via it must only take place in accordance with the stated conditions. These conditions include the regulations on data protection. By using the provided service and its content, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms.
Exclusive service for media and journalists
The press center gives you access to our press releases and press download area. The content provided for use is free of charge. By using our press center, you assure that you will use the content and materials offered exclusively for the purpose of your professional editorial and journalistic work. Unless otherwise agreed, the image material, data and information are generally only released for use by journalists and press staff.
Right of use and purpose
The content may be used within the framework of a simple right of use solely for the specified purpose of use via the content in question to which the respective materials refer. In principle, content can be downloaded free of charge and used in the context of reporting for the following purposes: press releases, releases in print media, releases through film and television, releases in online media, mobile media and multimedia releases. Any further use for commercial purposes of any kind or private use, in particular for advertising purposes, is not permitted and is expressly prohibited.
The contents and materials may be edited and modified as long as their clear recognizability is ensured and no changes are made that could result in a possible different meaning than the original content. The contents may not be reproduced in a misleading or distorted context. Alteration of the materials is not permitted. Editing, modifying, or animating the images through the use of artificial intelligence is prohibited
The right of use is limited in time to the availability of the content in the press center and is limited in space to the area of activity of our company. Use of the content in an offensive or illegal context is not permitted and must be avoided.
Distribution and Duplication
Passing on and/or duplicating the content to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary within the framework of the specified purpose of use, is not permitted. The electronic storage of the image data, data transmission and any other duplication are only permitted within the framework of the usual production processes and for the duration of the lawful and intended use. You or any third party may not use, store or download any content as part of any service that is similar to or supersedes the services we offer.

All content shown in the press center such as text, images, videos, audio files, documents and other content offered in the system is owned by our company, its licensors or external owners who provide content and are named in the system. When using images, films or other illustrations, our company and, if available, the copyright notice, the name of the photographer or the name of the agency must be given. This also applies to electronic publications.
Except in the case of intent and gross negligence, we assume no liability for the materials made available that they do not infringe the rights of third parties or conflict with competition law or other statutory provisions.
Provision of Service and Content
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous provision of the Services and functions. However, we assume no liability for the availability of the content, or for access or functionality and capability of the press center.

We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to refuse to be included in the press mailing list or to block registration for the press login, as well as not to allow access and/or use of the services and content offered.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use or to adapt these terms of use to the service, for example to take into account changes in the legal framework or changes to our offer. We therefore ask you to check the terms of use regularly. Changes to the Terms of Use will be posted directly on the Site. A change to the Terms of Use will be published no later than the effective date and will not apply retrospectively.

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, as far as this is permissible.
