Huge Expo Area, Ride with the Pros, and Loads of Action
In the spacious expo area at the heart of Hinterglemm, top brands from the biking industry showcased their latest innovations – from high-end bikes to stylish apparel. Products could be tested directly on the diverse trails of Austria’s largest bike region. Numerous pro riders were also on hand again, participating in guided rides, autograph sessions, and meet & greets – creating unforgettable moments for all.
A wide range of side events such as the legendary LINES Bike Pulling or the Last One Hanging Contest thrilled participants and spectators alike – pure bike action embedded in a unique festival atmosphere.
Spectacular Masters of Dirt Big Air Shows and Downhill Racing
Once again, one of the absolute highlights was the Masters of Dirt Big Air Shows in the center of Hinterglemm. The world’s best freestyle athletes performed spectacular jumps, daring tricks, and breathtaking shows that left countless spectators in awe.
Things got fast at the PROPAIN Rookies Cup presented by IXS: On the legendary Pro Line, Europe’s top up-and-coming riders battled in thrilling downhill duels. After Saturday’s seeding runs, it all came down to the final races on Sunday – every second counted in the quest for glory. The pump track also hosted energy-packed time battles and coaching sessions for the youngest bikers.
Partying Late into the Night
Those who wrapped up the day on the bike could jump straight into party mode: Live acts such as Acöustic Frönt, LEMO, and FRITTENBUDE lit up the main stage. At the after-parties in Castello, Riddim Syndicate, the Wax Wreckaz, and especially the Riders Party with the Masters of Dirt kept the vibes going well into the early morning hours.

“The GlemmRide Bike Festival is a fixed annual highlight in our event calendar. The combination of bike action, festival vibe, and community spirit makes this event truly unique. We’re proud to have celebrated the ninth edition with so many highlights and a new visitor record!” said Wolfgang Breitfuß, Director of the Saalbach Hinterglemm Tourist Board.
